Windows 8 Beta
Windows 8 is ready for releasing its beta version on the month of February 2012.
Beta iteration of windows 8 is expected to be showcased in early 2012 at the consumer Electronics show. Within February we should be expecting Windows 8 beta version, we should also expect the client to hit the RTM stage only towards mid-2012. However, the previously expected third quarter general availability does not seem farfetched at all, but it is actually shaping up pretty well. Microsoft has been making steady progress towards reaching the new milestone in Windows 8′s development, though it appears that earlier estimates regarding its release to manufactures might not pan out.
However, that no specific availability date for Windows 8 has been revealed by Microsoft yet, but chances are more for getting the beta by February.
I have been using Linux and Windows 7. I am now trying Microsoft Windows 8 consumer preview and I have found that Windows 8 is better then Windows 7. If prices are the same as Windows 7 then this would be a better OS then Windows 7 based on durability win 8 is harder to break then win7 which makes or will have more time for myself not fixing Windows OS. I build Computers and this is a good step in the right direction for Microsoft with Windows 8.
