What is Driver Rollback

Roll Back Driver feature enables you to replace a device driver by using a previously installed version.

You might want to restore the driver software for a device to a previous version if you encounter problems with your computer or device after upgrading the driver software.

How to Rollback the drives to previous Version

1. Open Device Manager.

2. Double-click the category containing your device driver, and then double-click the name of the device you want to restore to a previous driver version.

3. Click the Driver tab, and then click Roll Back Driver.

Note: If there’s no previous version of the driver software installed for the selected device, the Roll Back Driver button will be unavailable.
