Adobe has launched a major campaign to focus on Indian Mobile market through their developing platforms. Adobe announces collaborations to boost development of India-centric mobile applications.
Adobe’s Party
I had got an opportunity to attend the Adobe Bloggers party on 29/07/11, it was in Bangalore Vital Mallya Road The Biere Club, It was privilege and honor for me. Firstly I like to take a moment and say thanks to Adobe.
The Show began around 7pm, I gave entry at 7:15, They were around 25 to 30 bloggers already assembled inside the Hall, The Thing is I was in at the right time.
The Show was Kick started by Prabhjeet Singh, Marketing Head for Adobe India, He started to explain about Mobile Story, The show went on, After a while I was really inspired by how the FLASH revolutionized the web experience, and I came to know how mobile platform raised there bars high, They had shown a graph in which around 2012, they will be more number of mobile users across the world than the Personal Computers, Oomph I knew one day this would happen but never knew so soon, Really The world is changing than ever, I can assure you on this note that sooner the world we see will be Digitized. There was this astonishing feature which adobe introduced, using a common Code base you can build for multiple mobile platforms, including Android, Tablet OS, iOS and Blackberry. The Best part is, it’s very simple, You want believe that I have designed a software for my Tablet by next day using adobe flash builder.
Two Adobe evangelists Duane Nickull and Renaun Erickson, Took over from there, They had demonstrated the capabilities of 3D, The cool thing was they had designed it through FLASH, The Best part is they had designed it within 40minutes, Isn’t it amazing, would you believe designing a software within an hour, I know you can’t but it’s the fact. Adobe ROCKS everywhere. I know there are lot of 3D tools available in the market, Myself I use one private 3D tool to design anything which I want it in 3D, but designing in Flash is something really Cool, They had shown Split screen CANOE moving across multiple devices, Even that was also Astonishing. Really I had no words to explain it; it was really privileged for me to be in the Adobe’s party.
Finally I came to know, that Adobe has a compelling proposition for developers to use one tool, one framework and one code base to build powerful experiences and applications across the web, desktop and several mobile platforms.
Around 9pm they had finished there demo, but Renaun and Duane took a step further and told all the bloggers to interact with there gadgets, It was a 2-way communication, I liked the way of there approach, Finally I got my hands on IPAD, Firstly it was Awesome, I had talked to Renaun and Duane about the Flash, I saw some of the software’s which has been created by Adobe which works in Flash, It was really Cool and it was really fast. Adobe has chosen the right people to do marketing.
Even the dinner which was sponsored by Adobe was Superb, Overall the party just ROCKED with some Nice music been played at background Meanwhile I met some of the TOP bloggers I had lots of interactive sessions with them, I learnt a lot from them, It was really helpful for me.
